Black Tie Chauffeurs LLC operates in the city of Dallas under an operating authority permit issued by the City of Dallas Transportation Regulation Division, as required by Dallas City Code Chapter 47A. TODO: insert confirmed Operating Authority Permit number here before launch.
Black Tie Chauffeurs is a reservation-based, pre-arranged black-car and chauffeur service — not a hailable or metered vehicle. Because of that, rates are quoted per trip rather than run on a taxi meter. Here's how pricing works:
| Vehicle | Category | Hourly Rate |
|---|---|---|
| BMW 5 Series | Executive Sedan | $75 / hour |
| Chevrolet Suburban | Executive SUV | $90 / hour |
| Cadillac XT6 | Luxury Crossover | $120 / hour |
| Cadillac Escalade | Luxury SUV | $150 / hour |
Hourly rates apply to hourly-chauffeur reservations. Airport transfer, point-to-point, corporate, and event trips are quoted per trip based on distance, duration, and vehicle selected — always disclosed in full before your trip is confirmed. Rates do not include tolls, or optional gratuity.
For an exact quote for your trip, use our quote form or call us directly.
Black Tie Chauffeurs enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances by our drivers while on duty. This applies without exception, every trip.
If you believe a driver has violated this policy, you can report it two ways:
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request, at no additional charge. Please let us know when requesting your quote so we can arrange the right vehicle for your trip.
Black Tie Chauffeurs is regulated by the City of Dallas under Dallas City Code Chapter 47A, "Transportation for Hire." In addition to contacting us directly, you may report a concern about our service, a driver, or a vehicle to the City:
When you contact the City, it's helpful to have your driver's name and permit number and the vehicle permit number on hand — both are displayed inside the vehicle during every trip.
